Chilli Bowl 2006 Buzz
From Lonnie Wheatley-Saturday results: "Daniel Adler aced the First D Main, while 13-year-old Trey Robb of Newcastle, OK, became the youngest Saturday feature winner in Chili Bowl history by topping Scott Hatton and Wayne Johnson in the Second D Main. "
From Don Hubbard at Hoseheads Sprint Car Photo and News: " The youngest player in the 2006 Chili Bowl Nationals is thirteen year old, Trey Robb out of Newcastle, OK. This youngster moved up from micro-sprints to 360 injected sprints at State Fair Speedway in 2005 and showed a lot of promise. He even won a feature event while finishing fifth in the point standings. He had two top fives and eight top tens during the year. Trey made his Chili Bowl debut driving for Wayne McMurtrey out of Choctaw, OK, driving a Fontana powered Stealth with Western Flyer Express Trucking as his sponsor. This youngster will move up and run the ASCOT in 2006. Keep your eye on him."
Trey had a great time and gave a great performance at the 2006 Chili Bowl. One "google" and you can see the many places Trey's name showed up all over the net and beyond.
